Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in May 2011. He continued his education at the University of Rhode Island earning his Doctorate of Physical therapy in 2015.
Steve joined Pappas Physical Therapy in June of 2015. He recently completed his yearlong manual therapy certification through evidence in motion, which has improved his manual skills becoming a certified manual therapist at completion. Steve also has completed a Level 1 certification through Titleist Performance Institute where he works with athletes and golfers to improve their swing mechanics for prevention of injury producing a more efficient golf swing. Steve has completed 2 levels of dry needling seminars and has integrated it into his practice regularly with significant outcomes for his patients. Steve enjoys working in the orthopedic setting treating acute, chronic and post-operative conditions. Steve is FMS certified, enjoys working with athletes and is affiliated with Next Level training center and other local trainers to treat acute injuries that may occur on the playing field or at their training facility.
