Pappas OPT Physical Therapy is proud to announce it has partnered with outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine provider, OPT Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, a private physical therapy practice with 6 locations across Rhode Island.
The partnership will allow Pappas OPT and OPT to operate together, further bolstering the group’s footprint to a total of 15 clinics and providing needed care to more Ocean State communities.
“Since our inception in 2007, our primary goal has been to provide each and every patient with the highest standard of care and to continuously make that care available to new patients across our home state,” said Mike Pappas OPT, PT, DPT, CEO of Pappas OPT. “As the Pappas OPT family continues to grow, we are excited that this new chapter of growth allows us to check both of those boxes with a company we’ve known and respected for many years,” said Pappas OPT.
The OPT clinical team will have greater access to nationally recognized physical therapy education programs through Pappas OPT’ partner Confluent Health and the Evidence In Motion family of companies, which includes the International Spine and Pain Institute, NeuroRecovery Training Institute, and KinetaCore.

OPT provides onsite physical therapy at Roger Williams University and supplies local high schools with athletic trainers and strength and conditioning coaches.
