Lauren Weil PT, DPT, OCS, GCS
Clinic DirectorLauren earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Hartford in 2014, and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree in 2017. Lauren is certified in LSVT BIG (Lee Silverman Voice Technique) for those with neurological disorders and in Functional Dry Needling as well as first aide and in CPR. In 2019, she earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification and then her Geriatric Certified Specialist certification (GCS) in 2020.
Her areas of interest include orthopedic disorders, neurological disorders (CVA, PD, TBI, SCI), as well as pediatric developmental disorders.
Outside of the clinic she enjoys archery, hiking with her dogs and traveling. She also competes in shooting.

Laura Grafov PT, DPT
Laura is a dedicated physical therapist at Pappas OPT Physical Therapy with experience in helping patients restore function and achieve their wellness goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Temple University in 2014, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2017. She treats a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, arthritis, balance impairment, vestibular disorders, and post-surgical recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Laura enjoys hiking with her dog, swimming, and playing soccer.

Lauren graduated in 2012 from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Washington State Community College in Marietta, OH. She is has completed advanced course work specializing in orthopedics and is also LSVT BIG®️ certified, allowing her to provide evidence-based care across a wide range of patient populations. With over a decade of clinical experience, Lauren is passionate about helping individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that bring them joy.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys running, paddleboarding, spending time outdoors in any season, and baking delicious treats from scratch to share with family and friends.

Amy is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over eight years of experience in outpatient care. She holds an Orthopedic Specialty Certification and has a passion for helping patients restore mobility, strength, and confidence in their daily lives. As Assistant Clinic Director, Amy supports both clinical excellence and a positive, team-focused environment.
Outside of the clinic, Amy enjoys snowboarding, soccer, running, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys.
